Do you know why I created worlds in my head?
It’s so I wouldn't be alone on this one
I have no problems with mother Earth and her populace
I simply lack a place to belong upon her skin
Floating through space like a mote in God’s eye
But far, far smaller
Eternally so

Thus I create worlds in my mind
Thus I fly to the burning cold stars above our heads
It isn't to escape the beautiful and immense Earth
It is to escape myself
For I fear my thoughts
And I fear my nightmares

But most of all
I fear the loneliness
Knowing that no matter where I am
No matter where I stand
I am, and shall remain,
And that,
That is the reason I run away into my dreams
To escape that hollow feeling deep within that haunts each and every moment

Breathe in
Breathe out
Inhale the Earth
Exhale the Pain
Left with nothing

Forever nothing...
I....I really don't have much to add...for once....
*bitter laugh*

Ah well. Enjoy this latest product of my intriguingly screwed up mind.

P.S. You know what sucks about creating entire planets in your head? You're the only one on them. And the stars always burn brightly above, yet distantly cold.

Edit: Hmm...seems like I wasn't in a very great place when I made this...well, still ain't. Anywho, just fixed up some lines and the like.

Fascinating how your - ehm.. state-of-mood (?? xD) seems to reflect mine so often! I can relate to this in more than one way. This feeling of loneliness while being surrounded by people and - sometimes just not wanting to leave that stage between sleeping and waking where you are able to create your own world, to fill it with everything you want, and still it stays far away, like it's behind a glass wall that keeps you from it... (tell me if there's too much of my interpretation in here, and sorry for all this blubber ;D)

No blubber at all, haha! I enjoyed the perspective. And yes, I know exactly what you're talking about. Spot on, old chap! Well done, guv'na! Cheerio, little lass ^.^
(Sorry.....odd mood this morning!)

haha, I'm glad! (I'd reply in that interesting way, but unfortunately, my teachers never thought to teach us those kinds of vocabulary ;)
(funny, how it's morning where you are and dark night where I am ^^)

Haha, I have no idea how to use them properly! I just fling them out into the air and hope they make a remote amount of sense ^.~
(Have to love geography, right? XD )

oh, maybe I can do that too, lad! ;D
(okay, sad, but that's all that comes to mid right now -.-')
Yes, so true! ;D
Happy new year, by the way^^

Hey, that's a grand start! Just keep throwing out random classy words and you'll sound like an educated gent (or gentlewoman) soon enough.
Or, make up splendiferous words like fablacious or such! Okay....that might not be the best example. But if you have the right kind of mind, you'll click words together in an intriguing manner. If you don't then you'll simply make it amusing to experiment with!

And thanks ^.^ I appreciate it and likewise!

Faboulicious! I'll try ;D
Maybe one day that classyness will infect me enough that it doesn't take 15 minutes just to make one up!
And I love making up words! In german it's extremely easy which makes it a lot fun. I even do it in french, where they don't like it that much ;D

by the way, could I ask you to look over something i'm currently writing and just tell me what you think? I'd just like a second opinion, if you want to do it. It would help me a lot ;) (but don't feel obligated (or is obliged the right word??))

Haha, at least you're putting forth an effort. Speak of the devil, I am learning french myself! I'm a bit of a klutz with it, but I do love it.

And sure thing! I'd love to. (By the way, you could use either one. It's one of those funny moments when either works. But, if you said obliged, I'd probably also add again what it is I would be obliged to do. Feeling obligated is a good closure. Obliged is a good lead. Just how I would do it though! Yours is great.)
